PATHWAY TO OPENING
1. FIND A NEW LOCATION
We purchased 7 Eustis Parkway in 2020. The new building has an approximately 3,000-square-foot Exhibit Hall, an additional approx. 3,000-square-foot Gathering Hall which we are already putting use, separate birthday party rooms, classroom spaces, office space, and room for outdoor exhibits and playscapes. There is also a substantial commercial kitchen, perfect for catering events or running children's cooking programs.
2. RAISE FUNDS
While we have reached over 90% of our funding goal for this $1.6 million project, we are continuing to fundraise funds to match increased costs over the years. All remaining funds needed will go directly to the fabrication of our new exhibits.
3. EXHIBIT FABRICATION & BUILDING RENOVATIONS
Great news! Construction is underway for our new building, with interior renovations almost complete—featuring a new HVAC system, floors, and finishes. Expect more updates soon, inlcuding larger bathrooms and improved accessibility. Our new exhibits are in fabrication after a successful design phase. Stay tuned for an enhanced and engaging experience!
